<h2>Executive Summary</h2>
At the conclusion of our study, our proposal included VOIP licenses for 77 team members. The Client was able to realize operational expense savings of $664.74, annual savings of $7,976.88 and over the term of contract, $23,930.64. Other than distraction of changing, there were no hidden costs, fees or investments needed to realize these benefits.

VOIP Office Lines
Review of a client’s existing VOIP telephone licensing and support service contract. Our goal in review was to identify opportunities to reduce monthly recurring charges (MRC) while improving service and functionality.
<h2>Assessment</h2>
Assessment of the client’s VOIP services contained a detailed review of current monthly invoices and provider contracts. Redpoint also evaluated the Clients current telephones to ensure they compatibility with our phone service and proposed updates to equipment when necessary. Redpoint worked directly with the Client through the entire process from invoice review to porting telephone numbers. At the conclusion of review Redpoint offered the client substantial savings in comparison to their current approved vendors.
