Jeff Eckard, President of Redpoint Connect, will be assuming the role of Strategic Advisor, remaining actively engaged in guiding strategic initiatives, supporting key client relationships, and contributing to the continued evolution of Redpoint Connect’s platform and services.
Announced today, Erica White has been appointed as President of Redpoint Connect. Erica brings more than a decade of leadership experience spanning technology strategy, operational transformation, business systems, and PropTech innovation. Prior to joining Redpoint Connect, she served as Senior Vice President of Technology & Strategic Initiatives at Article Student Living, where she led enterprise technology strategy and operational initiatives supporting organizational growth and innovation.
As President, Erica will lead Redpoint Connect’s strategic growth initiatives, operational execution, and continued development of scalable technology solutions designed to support existing and new clients across multiple industries.
Jim Behner will continue serving in a principal leadership role as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing strategic consulting initiatives, client engagement efforts, and the continued growth and development of Redpoint Connect’s services.
The evolution of this structure positions Redpoint Connect to continue expanding its strategic advisory capabilities, technology solutions, and operational expertise, while building on the strong foundation established under Jeff Eckard’s leadership.
